HOW CAN WE WORSHIP TODAY?
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.

TODAY’S THOUGHT
It is easy to overlook the incredible expression of love that Father God has done for each of us. We get so caught up in the day-to-day grind of life that we forget how much God loves us and demonstrated that by sending Jesus to earth.
It is good to pause at times and remind ourselves of the sacrifice Jesus made for us. He was betrayed, beaten, mocked, spit on, humiliated, and nailed to a cross. Jesus had the power to speak the word and immediately He would have been delivered from the pain and suffering. Instead, Jesus chose to accept the pain so that you and I could avoid hell and live forever with Jesus in heaven.
Jesus took the punishment for our sin. Jesus died so we could live. That should always move us to willingly worship and praise. We don’t have to wait for Jesus to answer our prayers or make us healthy, wealthy, and wise. We have eternal life as a gift from Jesus.
He is worthy of our praise. Let’s remind ourselves today that we should be worshippers every day—not just when something good happens. We should have a heart of praise because of what Jesus has already done for us.

TODAY’S PRAYER
Holy Spirit, I ask You to help me live in worship today. Help me to use my words and actions as an expression of worship. May my life be a testimony of God’s love for my world.
